A Magento store that ships itself
ORO2U is one of the UK’s largest distributors of motorcycle, UTV and ATV parts, selling only to the trade. We rebuilt their store around their stock system, a parts finder and automated shipping.

The challenge
A slow store that was losing sales.
ORO2U’s old site was slow, dated and hard to navigate. There was no way to filter parts by vehicle and search results were poor, so trade customers struggled to find what they needed.
The business felt it was losing sales to the website itself.
What we did
What we put in place.
Orderwise integration
End-to-end sync between Orderwise and Magento for stock, product data, pricing, orders, customer records, shipping and fulfilment.
Custom parts finder
A portal for uploading large volumes of product data that pulls out vehicle fitment, so customers can shop by vehicle.
Elasticsearch
Replaced the default MySQL search for fast, accurate results across the catalogue.
1,000+ shipping rules
The right courier picked automatically by size, weight, delivery date and time, and destination.
Dedicated hosting
Hosted and maintained by PC1, with an image CDN for speed.
The outcome
What changed.
Faster pages
Dedicated hosting, clean code and an image CDN make the store quicker to load.
Parts that are easy to find
The parts finder and Elasticsearch get customers to the right part for their vehicle.
A clearer checkout
Customers find the site easier to navigate from search to order.
