8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams needs an 8x8 X Series licence plus a Microsoft 365 licence that includes Teams and Teams Phone. We check what you already own during the free line audit, so you do not pay twice.

The deadline
Anything still on copper stops working in January 2027.
